Auto fill software...tons of posts and info on it. Pricey stuff, but the search engive can probably answer most anything on it.

I am in hopes of this topic generating good feedback on certain programs to be researched and priced. Many software choices and prices, just can't get a grip on what's best and easiest to use.

I'm curious as well. It seems that most threads on this only touch on the subject. Anyone with some solid input on which program they use and the time it reduces per order would be great.

The time it saves depends on the user. If you are a fast typer and can sit through and entire order without getting up it wont save much time. I can type fast and have two monitors, but I have a hard time sitting still so it helps me complete faster. Bpo automation comes with a 30 day money back guarantee and they honor it. I got my money back about 1.5 years ago because the software was having a hard time with our mls. We couldn't get it to work 100%. Our mls just switched to Paragon so I bought it again and now happy with it. Theres more to it than just pulling your comps and then pressing a button. You pull your comps, export it to a .csv file, open the csv file in their cleanup tool, after it gets cleaned up you save the file, then click the play button and it will type it all in. It sounds strange to people who haven't used it but they set it up and show you how to use it.

Can you customize the software to auto fill the subjects section i.e Condo, condo conversion, single family non pud, single family where you can have your own personalized entry to be filled with the comp data at the same time ?
Do you sill have to click and choose the yes and no questions ? 0

Yes if you know how to use macros. Or you can have the company custom set up macros for you for a fee.

This Google Custom search may do a better job of searching the forums for some keywords than the old forum search does. The results do not include threads from the Asset Managers Forum however. To search that forum you will need to be actually in the Asset Managers Forum and you will need to use the old forum search below.
