I would like to know if anyone has gone to their local courthouse to try to find buyers of foreclosed properties so that they can get leads on foreclosure trash out business. I was told that if you can find the spot where they stand on the steps you can hopefully drum up some business for your trash out services. If anyone can answer this question I would be grateful..joyce

I am sure that you could find some business that way. I would recomend looking at your local investment clubs and go directly to REO agent, the agents are your best source for consisten high volume business. Also you can go right to the Asset companies to get work.
This Google Custom search may do a better job of searching the forums for some keywords than the old forum search does. The results do not include threads from the Asset Managers Forum however. To search that forum you will need to be actually in the Asset Managers Forum and you will need to use the old forum search below.
