I'm curious if the MLS has the ability to list properties that are outside of the US, specifically Africa. (Yes there are houses in Africa and we don't all ride around on the backs of Elephants :) )
In general, every MLS has geographic boundaries . . . . and more importantly, the Agent submitting the Listing must be Licensed in the jurisdiction where the property is located.
But as a practical matter, the South Africans probably have their own MLS (or MLSs), or equivalent listing System, just like the Aussies and Canadians and Filipinos.
