I run into buyers asking me to originate a loan for purchase of house and i always refer them to loan officer i know. in this economy, i feel that i have to be versatile to survive and i want to get a handle on loan aspect so i don't have to refer the next opportunity comes about. do any of you know of good mortgage training schools in sacramento california that you can recommend me to go to? or is it better to get a book and train yourself? any advise would be appreciate it. thanks in advance.
