We have our first hpir inspection. We are able to complete all of the fields except one.
We have been asked to hook up our generator to test appliances. Visual inspection of breaker panel is less than code. Thr home had an addition built at some point and the wireing looks questionable to me. Visual inspection of said appl. Looks great, all of them look new. I was wondering how some of you power up the home to do inspection on the things that r there. I have read a lot to find out that back feeding power can be dangerous but w/o a meter in place i should be able to do it safely.
