I work for a small construction company. They're going to be putting some condos they recently renovated on the market through a local real estate agent. They were also thinking of sending out flyers advertising the condos to locals. Do any of you have experience with this? Does it bring in much interest?
Targeting mailings usually bring me the best results.
Nearby apartment complexes might be a good target to mail to.
