My HP is no longer printing. When I tried to clean the cartridge area there was a loose plastic piece that I guess broke off. I don't know where to take it to be looked at. It's 4yrs old Officejet 6300 all in one. HP told me that I can trade it & get 40%-50% off the new one. Any suggestions on which one has good reviews? The scanner works fine. I won't be printing too much from home since I will be going to the office more frequently.
This Google Custom search may do a better job of searching the forums for some keywords than the old forum search does. The results do not include threads from the Asset Managers Forum however. To search that forum you will need to be actually in the Asset Managers Forum and you will need to use the old forum search below.
