Hello! I am hoping for some advice.

When I was a new agent I did a lot of telephone prospecting. I was sucessful at it and made money, but I hate doing it and have been avoiding it for a long time, relying instead on other marketing avenues.

I have recently considered hiring a telemarketing sevice. I've researched and interviewed a number of companies and found one I am interested in.

This company specializes in real estate only, and supposedly all of their telemarketers are licensed agents. The sell calling packages in groups of 500 calls per month or 1,000 calls per month. They want $350 for 500 calls and $650 for 1,000 calls.

According to the person I've spoken with, they get an average return of 1% to 2%. For example: 500 calls nets on average 5 to 10 listing prospects. They also claim that they've tracked all of their past leads and 40% of them actually list their home, but not necessarily with the agent who got the lead. These results sound about right.

I am seriously thinking about using this service. Does anyone have any experience with a company like this?
