Hi I am thinking of adding the mobility option to my top producer account. I have a blackberry and the idea of accessing my contact database on my mobile phone seems nice. Does anyone have any feedback on this? Is the $14.95/month worth it? TIA for your response.

By and large I get good feedback about the Blackberry synching in Top Producer. The way they do it is actually unique in the industry. You load an application from Top Producer onto your Blackberry which adds its own address book and cakendar, as well as other fields for different information. Every other CRM simply adds contacts and calendar items into the existing Blackberry address book and calendar from the CRMs address book and calendar.

The upsides are that:
You have more information that transfers from TP, including transaction information
The fields for names, numbers etc. are the same in your Blackberry as they are in TP

The downside is that because it is not the Blackberry address book that you are using, incoming phone callers are not identified unless you have them in the Blackberry address book, as well as the TP app.
