Im not sure if this is the right place to be asking questions concerning apartment locating, but it is quite a buisness here in Texas.

I have a number of questions for those involved in Apartment locating.

1. What would you call a broker for an apartment locator? (just looking for a technical name right here)

2. Is there a certain site/place that has all the apartments/houses/condos leased in an area?

3. Do brokers for apartment locators negotiate individually with these apartments concerning commission? What if I dont have a broker and wanted to work individually?
