Does this ever happen to any of you? Could anyone guide me to whom I shoud contact? I called the REO dpt and the first time they asked me to contact the listing agent I said it was me. second time they gave me the selling agent info, this is just crazy ..Thanks

Call the Equator help line phone # or try calling the premarketing/eviction specialist. It could be a glitch in the Equator system

Wasn't 80% of boa direct assets transferred to outsourcers? That what I heard today.

They are only using outsourcers on an as needed basis. This was in an email that I received from BOFA 3-4 months ago. BOFA has an entire division that handles REOs. They also handle all the VA REOs. I don't where you heard that 80%,but it is incorrect.

I called the Equator help line and they are not able to help, only for tech issues. As far the pre marketing specialist, the problem is that as it disappear there is nothing there I can not email anyone is just nothing to reply or call none..I only see my other properties BpoBill they only have 7 outsources as far as I know and all of them are in Equator a least the ones I know.

If you have another AM on another BOA, call that AM and ask them who you should call. I can never seem to get anyone in the REO dept that knows what they are doing, but I have had great success in contacting another AM on another property and they have been able to help.

Hi; My first post on the site. I've been doing BOA since the old days with Countrywide. My experience with the problem of missing properties is they have in fact pulled your listing status with this asset and assigned it to REDC for the upcoming auction. You must have the offering agent go to auction.com which is the REDC Pre auction site to submit bids. You can still submit your invoices up through sale and closing with LPS as usual. REDC should email you asking you to log in and accept the property through them through auction. It's usually your choice and requires you to assist in open houses for them prior to the auction dates. Hope this helps alittle.

BOA has been really inconsistant lately with their response time and decisions. I feel they most likely were beyond there offer timelines but had not removed the listing yet. You can still get some of the listing side if you accept the assignment from REDC and it sells. Sorry but sometimes I can't get on this site daily. Happy Holidays

I have a BofA in pre-list... Strange question...For the BPO form on Equator do you actually print it out and fill it out? No matter what I do, I cannot get the form to save without saving as a Blank Document.

I dont work for boa but thats what you do with fnma.

Yeah, you would think it would be similar to res.net where you complete the form on res.net, however this Order opens as PDF but will only save as a blank document.

Chris - sometimes the forms on Equator are very glitchy. When you are sitting in front of your computer - call the Equator help line and they will talk you through it. Had two yesterday that I could not submit because the form kept telling me to fill in all the red boxes. There weren't any red boxes - but when I called the help line, she had me click three or four things and boom - red box. I left out a zero - and I could submit. They are really helpful and answer their phone - so give them a call. You open the form on Equator, fill it out and when you are done, click on upload photos - what you are describing is not the way it works - so call tech support. Good luck.

This Google Custom search may do a better job of searching the forums for some keywords than the old forum search does. The results do not include threads from the Asset Managers Forum however. To search that forum you will need to be actually in the Asset Managers Forum and you will need to use the old forum search below.
