Hi Everyone,
I am currently studying to take the exam to be an agent. Hopefully I should be done in a matter of couple weeks. I have been working very hard to create a informative web site so it is ready as soon as I get my license.
Since I am new to this business and do not know any agents, I figured you could give me some suggestions.
Here is my soon to go live web site: www.AgentNadia.com
Please let me know if I am missing or need something obvious that I havent thought about. I will put IDX but cant get that until I get my license.

Since I am new to this business and do not know any agents Well, you should know the name of the Broker under whom you intend to hang your License. Please let me know if I am missing or need something obvious The name of your Broker is missing. And he/she will probably need to approve what you have on this Site as well. That will probably become more clear as you prepare to pass your Pennsylvania Real Estate Examination.

I would not call a comparative market analysis an "appraisal." You'll have all the local appraisers mad at you. And in truth, you are not providing one.

I did changed the title of the article.
I also wanted to know what kind of issues you see with the metatags so I can fix those as well.

It looks like the site structure is there, but the content is completely populated yet... there are a ton of placeholder text items. You should probably build out the content and then re-ask people to have a look at it, since it's difficult to picture the final state of the site without it there.

Well it has been about 6 months and I am steadily going up in Google and other search engine rankings. I am on 2nd or 3rd page in google for real estate related searches in my area and 1st on Yahoo :)
My SEO efforts are starting to pay off.

an old post but I was just curious what "pre-packaged" theme are you using (I'm new to this blogging game so I might be using the wrong term)?
You have a nice website, it looks professionally done.

I think the site looks great. I pulled it up on Google and saw a PR of 2. I was just curious how you could improve that.

Hate to say this but your site seems way to cluttered, to many elements in very bright colors competing for the visitor's attention. You need to focus on one or maybe two elements at most - if your focus is on rentals make that big, if it's reos make that stand out. Else you might run the risk in getting your visitors confused and not getting them take the action you most want them to do...

This Google Custom search may do a better job of searching the forums for some keywords than the old forum search does. The results do not include threads from the Asset Managers Forum however. To search that forum you will need to be actually in the Asset Managers Forum and you will need to use the old forum search below.
