I am thinking of taking advantage of my Broker's license and going into proeprty mangaement. I been a real estate broker/manager of my own properties for years, but thinking of managing others. What am I up against. I am in Ohio so can anyone tell me what we might have to do? Any contracts you can share? How does the contracts work with the consumers? Who pays for ads and repairs? What kind of fees are charged? Any insite would be helpful.
