I am brand new to real estate wholesaling. I want to do it but there are a few things that im unsure of for example how long can it take to find a seller and close the deal before the court forcloses. How do i find serious rehabbers or investors. I am willing to knock doors and do all my own leg work but... once i have assigned myself to this property what is the turn around time.
