I'll restate my point as simply as possible.

It is very easy to get a real estate license, this means that there will always be a lot of new agents and bad apples out there for consumers to have bad experiences with. The only way to improve this situation would be to make it more difficult to obtain a real estate license.

I apologize for my low blow but you don't make any sense, your plan is to enable home owners to sell their homes themselves, these people have no formal training of how to do this and yet you are concerned with the bar being too low in the real estate industry.
