Not sure if anyone can help. But in the past 2 days I have missed out on 4 orders because my gmail did not get forwarded to my cell. Some emails I got but some I didn't. Just missed one a few minutes ago when I saw it in my email but it was gone. I just sent myself an email from old hotmail address and got it OK. Any advice?

Are you using the Google mobile app to check your Gmail account or is your Gmail forwarded to another account that you are checking with your phone?

I have all of my email accounts forward to my Gmail account and have not had any problems missing email on my phone.

Thank you for your help.
I don't have a smart phone. I know I should upgrade but never felt the need to have one with the extra monthly fees, though just getting one BPO per month would cover the cost.
Currently have a motorolla from Tmobile. So I guess it's time to spend money to make money. Though it is rare that I miss an email.
