I got two Interior BPOs for the same property. (I accidentally accepted the second.) But now I am in this situation of picking which to complete. The question is, " Which order has a higher probability of resulting in a listing?" Singlesource or Equity Pointe?

My guess is if two coompanies have the same Interior order neither of them have the asset.

It will not result in a listing. Go with the one that pays the most.

You probably wouldn't have gotten an interior from someone that was going to it list with you. Usually, you are assigned a listing, then you do the interior.

Bubble officially burst. I thought I was getting close to a listing here. So, who handles the assigning of PennyMac props?

I had that situation before, 2 interiors and 2 exteriors from two different mills on the same day. I kept the orders from the assignment mill. The duplicates were from a blast. Conflict of interest.

Did you ask the providers how to proceed?

Did you do them already? The completed BPO is sent to the lender. Your name is on it. Don't you think that they might question if both orders are from the same agent with the same date?
That clause is still on with the mills about repeats, now with many lenders it's been reduced to 3 months instead of the 6 months.

MArealtor~Do NOT do both orders, even if one of the companies says it is OK. As Bpo Couple said, it is YOUR name that is on the order; and the bank will notice. All you will have done is hurt your own reputation, because the bank will complain to both providers about the duplicate.

Paid interior orders do not come from the company that is listing an REO property. Those paid interiors are always second or third opinions. The listing agent does a BPO without pay; so if you are being paid, the property will not be your listing (unless it gets pulled from the listing agent at some point down the line, and then you MAY be considered for the reassignment).

Has anyone taken Pennymac assets? I did an interior order for a mill this morning, owner is doing a deed in lieu. Wouldn't mind getting the listing on that one. Any contact info?

I accepted an order for a property that I did last month. Once realized it I emailed them and asked if they wanted me to proceed. He emailed me back and said the client asked for me specifically. Not sure if that is a good thing or not... any ideas?
