Holy smokes.....$65K for a well in CA!!!! The last 2 I had done this year were $6,500.00 each and that includes a cased well, pressure tank and all controls,

Remember, She's out in the Desert . . . . maybe they have to drill a few miles ?

Here, we can sometimes get a drilled well installed for less than $2,000 . . . . if they need to keep a crew busy.

Think I would just buy $60K worth of beer and $5k of bottled water from wal mart and just retire


btw...that is 121,703 12 ounce can of Natural Light at present prices smile

I am not a big fan of land either. Most sellers don't want to hear what it's actually worth so it becomes a price battle. If I'm going to be in s price battle with a seller us sure isn't going to be on a 10,000 dollar lot.
