Listanza.com has a free widget where you post and manage your listings free on Listanza and the widget will show only your listings on your website. They also have a Joomla module of the widget. The widget and module are at http://inthelab.listanza.netThey also syndicate the listings to Google, Vast, and Trovit

I am an Approved Vendor for a company called www.Ubertor.com. They have thousands of Realtors using their templated websites. They are magnets for search engines, easy to update and affordable. Best of all the first 4 months are only $ 1.00 and subsequent months are $ 37.00 or $ 57.00 inclusive depending on the number of listings. There is no contract so your options are open. Just my two cents.

Ubertor is too expensive. Make a Joomla website, update it regulary with fresh content and add new properties all the time. Content should be relevant and it will give You best results. Also, it is much cheaper and You are in control all the time.

[color:#3366FF] I looked at your word press and it looks really nice... Can you tell me more how you did it. I was thinking of getting Linkurealty.. Is your site searchable in the search engine. etc..
I just finished setting up my new site in WordPress. I have no experience in website design, and I would recommend any agent using it. It's an easy platform to use if you're not familiar with coding (like me!). I bought an RE template I really liked for $150 then paid someone in Bangladesh $109 to customize it. (www.KaneoheRE.com if you want to check it out)
It's easy to maintain on the back end. I didn't want to rely on someone else when I wanted to update content. My goal is to eventually blog a few times a week (which automatically pushes to my tweets!).
I heard Joomla is good too, but I've never tried it. A few other people in my office have their sites set up in Joomla and they love it too. But for me, once I tried WP I was hooked!
This Google Custom search may do a better job of searching the forums for some keywords than the old forum search does. The results do not include threads from the Asset Managers Forum however. To search that forum you will need to be actually in the Asset Managers Forum and you will need to use the old forum search below.
