I am on our technology board at work. We currently use “Just Snooping.com” and “institches” photo stitching to prepare our virtual tours. Many agents are complaining that it is too cumbersome and they do not like to do it. Our goal is to have 95% of our listings on tour. Currently we have about 45%. Does anyone have any reconditions for virtual tour companies or photo stitching companies? We have also considered doing the video route; however it is considerably more expensive then our current way. At this time the brokerage absorbs the cost as he likes to promote it as one of our marketing tools. If anyone has any advice or suggestions I’d greatly appreciate them for use at our next meeting.

Our company got a discount, and one of our mortgage guys agreed to subsidize part of the cost in exchange for an ad at the bottom of the tour.

I love it because it offers a LOT! I pay, after our brokerage discount and the subsidaztion by the mortgage guy, $25/year for unlimited tours. Even without the discount and subsidy I would pay the $129/year for it. Here are examples of my tours.

I like it because I can create flyers (for online use such as on ActiveRain or Craigslist) or to print (not so hot for printing but good enough.) You can automatically create a file to put on youtube. It will syndicated to Trulia, Housepad, Zillow, etc..You can add extra photos, make community tours, etc.

That looks good, Perky! Do you know if after you have created your slide show there is a way to take the tour and embed it on a different page? For instance, is it possible to use the service to create the slideshow, but then to embed the slideshow/tour on your own personal website?
