Hi!
Im curious if anyone else has had less work form CC lately? I have consistantly been doing BPOs for them for the last seven years.
All of the sudden three weeks ago its stopped,I havent gotten barely anything....like 3! I have a perfect rating with them. Ive checked a few times in the past couple weeks.
Its driving me crazy...I dont know what to do with all this time on my hands! lol...

I talked with them this afternoon. I was told that it was slow all over. This past week has been the slowest with them in many months. I guess just hang in there and hope....good luck.

I talked to them last month when it was REALLY slow for me. At that time, they told me it was slow all over.

Recently, though things are picking up with CC for me.

Talking from my experience with other companies: if they are slow with orders after big drops, it means they're loosing big client. Don't waste your time waiting for BPO volume to pick up, it may never happen. Apply for new companies as soon as possible. I was in the same situation with LSI (they lost Freddie Mac account in Kansas, eML got it). I was told same BS such as slow time, no orders, blah-blah. Better yet, get NABPOP certification, it appears that more BPO mills want us to have. Good luck :-)

It's been slow for me as well. I've average 70 orders a month or so with them for the last 12 months. Last month I did 30 orders. This month 10-15 so far. My rating is still great with them they are just slow in the areas I cover. On a good note my BPO orders have picked up significantly from another company.

SAME DOWN HERE IN SOUTH FLORIDA, THEY ARE MY BIGGEST MILL AND THIS MONTH HAS BEEN DEATH FOR ME. I HAVE ALSO CALLED TWICE AND THEY TELL ME THEY HAVE WORK ALL OVER, BUT MAYBE IT'S SLOW IN MY AREA. I TOO HAVE A GOOD STANDING WITH THEM. I DID START APPLYING AT OTHER MILLS CAUSE YOU NEVER KNOW. I HAVE LOST SEVERAL BPO COMPANIES OVER THE YEARS, WHERE ONE DAY YOUR IN AND THE NEXT DAY YOUR OUT, WITHOUT A REASON.

CROSSING FINGERS HOPEFULLY THIS WILL GET BETTER.

CC has been slow for the past 2 months for me. I was doing about 10-15 per month for them and now I am only seeing about 2-4 per month. I called and checked my account status just like others have and they are slow in some areas and busy in others.

I feel a Holliday rush coming!

Thanks, they told me they have been slow in certain areas too. Its just strange that all of the sudden it could drop so quickly. Maybe they did loose a company.

Everyone is slow right now, even CC.

That being said, earlier this year they started kicking back submitted BPOs with "suggested comps" to use in order to hit a completely different value. There was no problem with the original comps used, they just supported the wrong value.

Frankly from a company like CC, that has the smell of desperation, of doing whatever it takes to keep a client from bolting. Better to sacrifice some integrity then to go broke.

They're still one of my favs, but I wouldn't be surprised if they lost a client or two.
