That would depend on the broker and their company policy.... most information would be considered private and should not be made available... if phone is unlisted it should not be made available with out the clients permission.

I personally would be upset if a lender provided my personal contact information to anyone with out my knowledge and approval.... and would come down HARD on anyone that did or that called me as a result of unapproved disclosure.

Ok thanks. I have a meeting tomorrow with a loan broker who would like to work with me, so I was thinking of asking him if I was allowed to get that type of information.

No how, no way would I ever provide that information. I would be even less likely to want to do business with anyone that asked me for it.

I think what you are after here is referrals from the mortgage person you are meeting. The mortgage person can recommend you if they do not already have an agent. The mortgage person can say to there customer now that we have the loan set-up would it be okay if i had a realtor call you that's very good to help you with your real estate transaction or would you like to call them? Some already have an agent or someone in mind they want to use if that happens the mortgage guy will say ok no problem if the customer says that would be fine to be contacted the mortgage person will hand off the lead to you. When you meet you will have to define who is going to get the best deal out of this relationship.mortgage brokers are working with many agents and those that are feeding them the most business will get the referrals in return,so you might be the agent low on the totem pole as far as getting referrals.Maybe you could get some flyers out of them or get them to host a buyers seminar and cover the cost. There are many loan brokers out there that overpromise and under deliver the question is what are they going to do for you that will help your business stand out.
