I really need help! I have 2 closings scheduled and approved to close. First one is cash closing, supposed to close Sept, still not closed, 2nd in Oct, same- this one involves a mtg and of course you only have so many days to close with the bank-Closing agents out of VA, will not answer phones, or emails, they have escrow monies, and we even sent title search to them-what do I do? I have called everyone I can think of for some help,I am at a loss on what to do next-anyone have any ideas to assist me? I am out of NC.
