Another good point Lizl. More good news. I just had a ton of the previous held properties that were under contract (extended) released to close. The next week should be hell if cash flow is ever considered hell.
So true about MSL listings not being current or always accurate. Visit multiple RE websites and you will get different info. One local RE website still has listings that sold months ago as active!
Best thing to do in this dog eat dog world is, if you see a property you really like, call today!

The agent works for his or her client (which in this case is the bank). If the bank decided to pull the listing and then move on another offer previously made, that is their right.
Think of it this way... If you were selling your property, would your agent have an obligation to you or to a potential buyer that has been watching the property being openly marketed for some time on the MLS?
Potential buyers sometimes confuse the bank's actions as the action of the listing agent. As an REO listing agent, we are obligated to follow lawful requests from our sellers.
