got knocked off this afternoon while trying to complete a bpo...now can't sign on at all. Deleted temp files and restarted computer but still getting message that can't create a session.anyone ever seen this before?

I'm in your area and was able to log in, no issues. I don't have any orders with them but everything site wise seemed normal. Don't panic. Call them and tell them you have pc problems or ask if they know of others having the same problem you have. I'm not super pc savvy so can't offer much there. Maybe try doing a search for their site and try to log in from that search result as opposed to from the "favorite" AVM link that you usually use.
This Google Custom search may do a better job of searching the forums for some keywords than the old forum search does. The results do not include threads from the Asset Managers Forum however. To search that forum you will need to be actually in the Asset Managers Forum and you will need to use the old forum search below.
