Has anyone bought one of these ads? I wonder how "exclusive" they realy are. The sales rep says I get to be exclusive agent for my zip. Anyone buy an ad yet?

Wouldn't it be to soon? I mean this just went live recently right? It would take a minute for the recently signed up to see anything right?

It's been going on since at least early summer.

I purchased banners in 3 zip codes about 45 days ago and just received a listing on Monday from a new client in one of them. I haven't asked yet, but I assume it's due to the ad.

Only one ad is available per zip and once you buy it, it's yours until you cancel. I like it better than the $100/mo for REO Network where you're listed with anyone else who opts to pay the fee.

I just renewed my ad for another 90 days. I did not receive any response from the first 90 days. I will probably drop it if I don't see any results this time around.

I took a different approach to this than some might. Rather than choose the zips I know to be saturated with REOs (and agents), I went with some outlying zips. These aren't rural, just in surrounding suburbs.

I figured most AMs would already have their chosen agents in the popular zips but might not be familiar with anyone in some of the less popular zips. To me, the ads are really just an opportunity to get your foot in the door with some new companies and build new relationships. If AMs already have preferred agents, there's no need to click on your ad.

I just renewed for another 90 days. No, I didn't get anything the first 90 days. Then they doubled the price for the zip I have, but I went ahead and did it again. If I don't get anything, I won't renew after this.

Just got another email to advertise with a banner. Anyone here see an increase or was able to justify to renew their banner?

Thanks stevie. I think I am going to try 2 zips... total of 150 and see if I can yield any results. I'll let anyone know if it was worth it.
