I heard of zip forms, true forms. Are there any other popular softwares which autofill the forms? Any idea how much they cost? Do we need to use the software recommended by association or is it ok to use any software?

Realfast is another one but I hate it. I would use ZipForms if I had a choice. Our office uses RealFast. It's clunky. Zipforms lets you auto fill a lot more fields and also the estimated closing costs forms auto calculate the totals for you - in real fast you have to enter the numbers then add them up with a calculator then enter the totals. Well that's with the realfast software you put on your computer. Realfast2Go is online and supposedly much better but it didn't work on my computer.
This Google Custom search may do a better job of searching the forums for some keywords than the old forum search does. The results do not include threads from the Asset Managers Forum however. To search that forum you will need to be actually in the Asset Managers Forum and you will need to use the old forum search below.
