Got call from my rep. and wanted know if I would like a platinum status and able obtain more orders and smaller area and high volume monthly......of course one less company search orders for and accept crap/game. Well I told them go pound sand and never will work for them and those forms and website for $30 orders. Please I would put them in my C group for pay, QC and stupid issues and reasons, forms, website and pages complete. Now they want give preferred vendors work volume and cut pay?? Lets see what the banks and assests feel when the agents/brokers cant do pro. work, reports, values and market conditions. I feel this will attract the bottom feeders 20% that been removed from most companies and poor work history. In the long run we will all suffer due this poor mgt. and work program the want roll out next month. good luck and take the $30.00 BPO, 8 page forms, 6 comp photo and blow!

I keep hearing and reading about 30 dollar orders from them, but I never have had a request for one.

They probably just got a bunch of orders for your area and are calling around to see if anyone is desperate enough to work for a lower fee. Just padding their bottom line. Hopefully no one will take their offer.

I fired them months ago. It's like preaching to dial-a-prayer.

Is that the same as gold status? If so, the decline button is fun to push.
