I have a request to offer CFK to a section 8 tenant, I know this is a class protected does anyone have any experience in how to handle a case like this? The seller is Ocwen and I just want to be prepare if there is any specific law or guideline that I must follow,. I appreciate any input.

I have had to do CFK with tenants with sec8 ....it went down no different than anyother tenant. The tenant just has to hustle and setup a Sec8 approved apartment to move to....it was no big deal. I had a three family with all Sec8...the tenants were a little crabby but they were happy to get he money..they moved on schedule.

Oh ok, I was curious as I just went to the FNMA broker training and they stated that every occupant qualifies for CFK except the section 8 tenant, so I was not sure, thanks for you input.
