I just viewed a REO. Heavy trash/2 rooms of old furniture. animal/human waste in several rooms. Can you help with a price?

I charge 1500 per 30 yard dumster. Its 500 for the dumpster, 1000 to fill it. I dont do cost per room, its the overall volume of items and dumpster size that matters. Hope this helps.

I had an interior REO bpo. Right from the courthouse steps. Wasn't even winterized. I said 1000 for total trash-out and clean. I didn't have a clue. Usually by the time I see a home, most if not all the contents have been removed.

When you get out there and look at the property $1000 may not be enough, good luck, pig in a poke thing.
