Got an interior order today. Contact is homeowner, it's a cell phone, voice mail if full, cannot leave message. So I google his name and city to try and find a home phone. Lots of complaints and lawsuits come up against him, he's a handyman/contractor scamming people. Then he calls me, must have saw the missed call, tells me how much work and repairs his house needs about $100K, tells me all the problems, I go along with him, felt like telling him to fix everything since he's such a great handyman. But I just played along. I'll see tomorrow when I get there.

I often get Attny's, homeowner's, realtors, relatives as contacts, lately I have gotten two new desriptions, "independent transaction facilitator", "modification officer", I think con man is probably more to the point.

I've gotten some unusual POC's as well. Who are you? Are you the attorney, realtor, title agent? Nope, just helpin the sale along. werid.

Update:
The con-tact could not be there. Some story about Dr's appointment. But his wife let me in. No obvious repairs, a minor skylight issue, I took a photo of it to impress her so she could tell hubby. House is in her name only, probably because of all the lawsuits against him. They paid 525K in 2004 as market was nearing it's peak. I have it at 410K now.
That's all for now.
