I'm trying to find videos shot of specific areas, like stock footage of neighborhoods....is there a service out there that will create a video production that i can brand as my own? I'd like to promote these videos on my real estate website, but can't seem to find anything...

I am not sure of any companies or services but I would search on Youtube.

Do you have a flip cam? They are really easy to use and the video quality is great. If you have one just go out and take your own. You can edit it easily with the software that comes with the flipcam . . . uploads to youtube easily and you can make your own videos of any neighborhood!

Flips are nice for exteriors but not so much for interior panning shots - the sharp contrast in light from windows makes the exposure go up and down quite a bit. One would need additional studio lighting to make good quality interior shots w/ the flip (or any video camera for that matter.)

For filming videos, I use my Samsung Galaxy S (aka Vibrant) phone. The quality of the videos is better than my Kodak Zi8 and the lens take in a much wider angle. People with Flip cameras have had similar issues with the narrow angle lenses.

Mnn....I wonder if there is a niche to produce city specific videos that you can brand to real estate agents. Most agents don't have time to create video for their business, but it's has such a huge impact to results on the web.
