Has anybody had any experience using the Top Producer websites? Currently using P2A, and so far, great service, but a few problems with automatic entry of web leads. A VA that I use suggested switching to TP.

Other that the P2A auto syndication, is there any real advantage of one provider over another, all else being equal?

I recommend using wordpress and going with a blog. It is the best way for you to generate leads, provide value to your leads, and you can add plugins to maximize your internet exposure,SEO,automatic content, and you can post your listings, pictures,videos, and great article content. Trust me I am not just a broker but an internet marketer and ALL of my websites are wordpress blogs!

Droll, how competitive is the Shreveport real estate online? If it is very, then a TP site may not be enough to give you the boost that you'd like. I have a personal favorite when it comes to website provider (and no, it's not who designed my site), but it's fairly expensive.

Top Producer was great back in... the 90s but they're considered old school now IMHO.

I had top producer a while ago and did not like it. There were several other providers that I tried and the best one I like is Point2.
