I have been using
Realbird.com for a while now.
I pay $89 for the pro version. I didn't know if it really did any good other than to impress my sellers...lol..but lo and behold, I got a lead from my Realbird listing and the buyer ended up buying the house! (I would have double ended it but the buyer preferred to work with her own agent, so I referred her to another agent in my office.)
This person was originally looking in a different region for a vacation home but something she was searching for made my Realbird listing pop up - she was intrigued, came to see, and bought. She never would have looked on my own website for this as she was not searching for my area specifically.
I just wanted to throw this out there - for me the $89 was well spent, and I'm using the integrated map search now for my website. It's pretty cool...(no I am not an affiliate!) I also like the simple to use yet eyecatching craigslist flyers. The single property website feature is AWESOME. I'm a happy camper. One lesson I came away with - not to forget to use the broad search terms as well as the long tails - you might get the interest of someone who didn't know they'd want a home in your area.
Just thought I'd share my little success story. My $89 investment turned into a $355,000 sale.
