Does anyone have any experience with the Real Estate Champions organization? Just curious as I know many agents on this site speak highly of Mike Ferry.

If you make so much investing in real estate, why are you trying to hook people into buying your system? It seems to me you would make a lot more by concentrating on real estate deals.

I've been using Brian Rodgers' coaching program Busy Agent Pro for almost 5 years now. Brandon Patrick joined the BAP team not too long ago. Their styles complement each other well. They are way ahead of the curve when it comes to using technology in real estate. They just had a training call yesterday with over 500 members and today they had an encore call with nearly 200.

The thing I like best about them is they both still sell real estate unlike many other "coaches" out there.

The reason they sell systems is to generate more cash to buy more investment properties then you build a database of gophers or bird dogs to screen and present deals to you.

Personally I believe in coaching.. Life coaching, business coaching.. whatever season of life we're in. Sports champs couldn't do it without their coaches, so why should we? :)

Common sense is rare in this day and age, takes guts to
think for yourself.

You are the guy who was supposed to be door knocking 200 doors a day, the learning is in the doing, get going.

Hunter12 has a great point...no package system is going to work as well as the system that YOU create for yourself based on trying/doing...and keeping those tools that seem to work well for you, your business goals, and your personal comforts/interests. Good luck!
