Does anyone know of any online home value tools created to capture seller's info for the agent?

Thank you in advance!

Are you talking about an IDX solution (i.e. MLS search) for your website which you can request the user's email, name and phone number? Check out Wolfnet. Good luck!

I guess what I'm thinking is..a potential client can go to your website to get an instant value of their home...i.e. Homegain's Instant Value tool, but I'd like them to have to register with our company and we should receive a notification or a copy of their report. I'm not digging homegain's tool because you don't know when someone uses it unless they specifically ask a question and they can get "lost" using their software.

i.e. go to www.TheResidentialGroup.com to try out HomeGain's.

Does anyone know of anything better? I guess i'm frustated because we've used housevalues for so long and have to manually generate a report for so many "lookly loo's". I know..good relationship building, but a lot of work when it could be done automatically and just then set them on a drip campaign with calls.

Any ideas?

This Google Custom search may do a better job of searching the forums for some keywords than the old forum search does. The results do not include threads from the Asset Managers Forum however.
