WITH YOUR TALENT YOU COULD DOMINATE REAL ESTATE SALES IN THIS AREA.
IT IS A GREAT PLACE TO LIVE SO YOU MIGHT WANT TO CONSIDER MOVING HERE.

WE NEVER CALLED THEIR BABY UGLY.ACTUALLY WE THOUGHT THAT IT WAS ONE OF THE FINEST OLDER HOMES IN THE AREA AND WE TOLD THE OWNER SO.
THE POINT IS-THAT WE WERE STILL DISCRIMINATED AGAINST ON THIS HOME.

Well, I've been away, too. No, you can't drag me away from Tampa, pristine sugary-white sandy beaches, and year-round tropical weather.

Your market is obviously different than mine. Here, we have so many buyers looking to buy that full list price and over list are the norm.

Pretty blatant of them, to take the sign down right in your face! I love Tennessee; it's beautiful there. I'm in Dixie, I mean the DEEP south. Discrimination rears its ugly head here, you can believe, and I see it on both sides, buyers and sellers, of all colors. But when I go to my home town in Ohio, it seems 'way worse there! At least here, where the Napoleonic statutes we still live by make every man king of his property, people of all races live cheek-by-jowl, and it seems that we get along here much better than up north.
So I just keep on keeping on, knowing that, just as there's nothing anybody can do to stop somebody else from acting ignorant, nobody can stop me from being fair. And it's people like me and you who will win in the end. If it's right, it's inevitable. And you know it's right!

These all CAPS comments are killing me, so I have to speak up. Capital letters mean you are yelling or you want to emphasize something. You never use all capital letters when you're sending an email or posting something online. It makes it hard to read and doesn't convey the emotion well.

Just wanted to put that out there...great discussion though!
