Editing program is Premiere Pro, I believe. Some version of Premiere.

mortgage broker competition has four videos first, and ours is 5th. But we have
more individual views 793 than his top 641 AND his
video has been out 6 months while ours has only been
up for 4.

I am just wondering if you did something special to promote your video to get that many hits? I've pushed out some videos before and I have never had the type of success you are talking about.

Yeah I only get like 12 views....

I'm buying a camera next week... something small that I can take quick videos of the homes I list. I know someone suggested a great lens a while back that was really fantastic for this. Does anyone have a wide eye lens they use?

For those looking to increase their video views, here are a few quick ideas:

1. submit your video as a "video response" to another highly watched video
2. add a link to your video in your email signature
3. promote the video on twitter and FB a few times per week
4. follow/befriend as many YT users as you can (p.s. not the same as subscribing to their videos)
5. find a related, highly watched video, then copy + paste their tags as the tags for your video

Great tips RT, so when you say "follow" is different than subscribe, what does that mean exactly?

When you visit a user's profile there is an "Add as friend" link near their picture - click on that to request to be their friend. The bad thing is that YT only allows 10 or so befriend-ings per day so it's something you have to consistently work at for a few weeks. But truthfully, it only takes 5 minutes to complete the task, and if you have a good number of videos on YT then it's worth it.
