I just wanted to get back on here and give a big THANKS to everyone who responded to my first post a few mts back. It was back when I was just starting to think about getting into real estate and before I had even started the class. Reading this forum was very helpful in just understanding the business better. Some of you warned me that I may not pass the first time because tons of people dont... well lol I pASSED :) I passed my class at the end of aug ( only 10/33 people did) and I took my state this past saturday and I passed that too!! woo hoo :) and I'm so excited because yesterday I found my very first prospective buyer. I'm feelin pretty good and again thank you for the help. Oh and by the way if you ever have any referrals coming into Jacksonville NC or surrounding areas let me know. Especially as of right now im Always available lol
