We're thinking of changing our IDX provider,and I'm looking for recommendations; what do you like about the company you're using; what don't you like, advantages/disadvantages...

(tried doing a search for this topic, but not coming up with anything, so I apologize if this has been answered already).

I just use the IDX provided by my MLS provider. It's inexpensive and effective. I see no reason to pay more to reinvent the wheel.

Summa, I use IDX Broker. Initially I was disappointed, but the more I tweaked it, the better the results that I am seeing. Having more and more pages indexed with meta data to my specified criteria has really helped push traffic from SE's. I would also recommend REW's IDX, it's expensive but it can have a huge impact on your SEO efforts.

Its really dependant on what you are looking for. As if you go with a standard one your MLS provieds it may lack the lead capture you and your site need/are looking for. However, there are actually quite a few real estate boards now that have pretty decent IDX's that you can use and some 3rd party providers can be pretty steap on price.
