In Texas the top 3-carriers that offer the best overall price and coverage are: The Hartford, Travelers, Hiscox. I suggest that you talk to an independent agent in your state that represents at LEAST the above mentioned carriers if not more like us. Also-VERY important make sure that they also match your retro date on your policy-!!
