I turned on my computer yesterday & a pop up of windows suite came on saying I had 25 viruses. I clicked on it, not knowing, but when I saw you had to pay for the program I knew there was something more. I went into my I-phone & ran a search & found out it was not a good thing! I was unable to get into norton & the whole system was out of whack! What a nightmare, I had to run out the door & did not get it resolved until today. My I.T. guy is out of town so I did everything thru Norton. But now, I can't get into my webmail, google & all search engines are acting funny so tomorrow I will call Norton again. I ran a scan & all seems ok. Has anyone gotten infected w/this virus?

If you can get online, download and run:

Malwarebytes anti malware
Avast
AVG

These are all free and very good and you can find them in google. One of them should be able to find your bug.

I spoke to Norton again & they were able to figure it out. It took them a whole day working on my computer. The main problem was w/google, I was unable to bring up & search the page. It was a bad driver.

I feel for you...I had the same thing happen a couple of weeks ago and it was a day long nightmare. I have Trend and it saved me from some damage but there was just enough to knock out google.

Download, install, run. It will get rid of most all spyware/malware/virus issues. I'm a computer technician. = )
