Bathroom and "dump" in the same sentence? I smell an ActivRain blog on this one!

About answering the phone, I got a good one today Wednesday.
Last Friday, I called several listing agents to show their listings for the next day, Saturday.
I had my "route" done and had a time frame for each. For a couple of them, I had to leave a msg saying I'll pass by tomorrow Saturday.
That Saturday, I had a property with no code because I had no answer from the agent.
She just called me today, Wednesday, asking me at what time I want to go!!!Amazing...
I envy rich agents, they have no need to sell their listings and too answer their phone on time...:-)

I hate when listing agents don't call back when you want to show their property.

The smart and easy way around it, if you don't want to pay for a central showing service, is to have other agents call the OFFICE to set up showings and leave all the info there at the office for the receptionist to do. That is how all of my showings are scheduled. There is someone staffing the office 7 days / 9am to 6pm.

I'm still waiting to hear from an agent I called three months ago to show their listing...the listing office could NOT help me, said only the listing agent was able to give me instructions.

I guess the listing agent wants to double end it...lots of luck!
