Dave Baines Junior Member Registered: 09/08/10 Posts: 1 Loc: Ontario	I am a casting producer for an international television production company with head offices in Toronto. We are working with a major broadcaster on an established, successful, TV property series and are currently looking for a new host with a knowledgeable background in residential real estate. I am looking for an outgoing, assured communicator who is warm, engaging, and has the relevant expertise to be able to give advice to homeowners. The successful candidate will be passionate about real estate, confident in their professional opinions, and not afraid to say what they think. Most typical real estate shows, however, are mere fantasy/fairy tales. Why not do a segment with the host showing the family house number 11, which still does not satisfy them although it meets all their stated needs. After house 14, they suddenly change their "needs" drastically and they no longer want a ranch, they want a colonial with a finished basement. HOW DARE I??!! Then a week later they called, announcing they wanted to buy a home they had found earlier, which they did. It has 1,067sqft. _________________________ Let's take back the real estate between our ears and get green like a sonofa$%^&* NAFTA is over!! (if you want it)
