I have been reading several posts in regards to wordpress sites. I have a wordpress blog but I never kept up with it. Recently, I canceled my website & I am looking for other options. I need web presence but I am not very computer literate. I have been looking at different templates and I want to know how easy it is to set this up. What are my options? How about SEO? Godaddy mentioned that they can help me set up Wordpress.

I just want something simple and I know that many of you have done this yourselves. How do you integrate IDX on your sites?

Zolia, WordPress has become an effective platform of not just blogs, but also 'static' sites. Ideally your site would be a bit more dynamic than a static site, but not quite a blog. For some, just having a WP Blog with IDX has worked well, as the SEO juice on WP is simply phenomenal. I haven't set one up yet, but it looks fairly simply as long as you get a theme (I would consider paying for a premium theme rather than going with a free one, as it would make you stand out from your competition). Plugins available are just about limitless. IDX? Many IDX vendors now offer plug-ins for WP blogs, so that should work for you. If you have any specific questions, feel free to ask.
