Does anyone know where I can find/get inexpensive insurance coverage for E & O, & general liability coverage?? Or is it best/less expensive for them to deduct this "coverage" off of the payments/invoice?? Is it mandatory to be "bonded" as well, or do some company's specifically ask this of you?? Please explain...thanks!!

Also, been doing more "research" on this subject. Now, I'm finding out that ?maybe I may not need to have E & O coverage, that it's possible that the general liability coverage may be enough to have. I'm just wanting to know if this is true, or it depends on your own personal GL coverage, but not necessarily all GL insurance. Please advise on this, thank you!!

All nationals I have worked with have exact specs for what levels of insurance to carry and whether they require general liability and E & O.

E&O is generally for anyone that does evictions and inspections.

If they don't ask for E&O, I wouldnt bother with it.

For my E&O required by Safeguard and Corelogic, I pay $2600/yr.
For my general liability, I pay about $1600/yr.

OK, thanks for the info!! Yes, one of the company's is requesting to have: 1,000,000 GL & ALSO 1,000,000 E & O coverage. They said they can/would deduct this off the payments. Is this the way to go, or is this more expensive route than to get my own coverage?? Would appreciate further info, if you would. Thanks for the reply!!

For those with E&O, what classification (I guess there a 5 or 6 digit classification code) associated with this type work. (Janitorial, Debris removal). My insurance company wants to fill out form which indicate I manage condo buildings and shopping plaza's.

Any help is appreciated.
