Which is the best way to take a deed if you are self employed. What I want to know is if someone gets hurt or their is a jugdement against my business how can I protect my personal property(my land and home) I traded equity in my house for another house. I need to know the best way to take title that protects me. My business is in both my husband and my name. And our other property that we lived at was just in my name. But I do not work at our store in is only my husband.
