Has anyone read and agreed to their new insurance requirements? 1,000,000 auto policy and a 1,000,000 bodily / 2,000,000 general aggregate insurance policy? I only get a few orders a year from them so had to decline.

I have the Coverages . . . . but I'm not adding them as Additional Insured Parties on the Policies. It may be that they have blurred the distinction between Employees and Independent Contractors.

What if every one of the 26 or 28 Companies that I perform assignments for had a similar requirement . . . . and that they each receive a new Certificate each time a change was made ? . . . . I'd have no time to do anything else except fiddle around updating them.

The insurance requirement isn't "new". FARVV concocted this before the acquisition/merger, and mandated it last December, 2009. I wonder how many Certificates of Coverage showing FARVV and Corelogic as Additional Insureds David Williams has received ?

I used to work in management for a transportation company and we would always ignor ( well not really ignor but would kindy decline) the additional insured requirement from the companies we worked for. They never made it a big deal and very few insisted.

I've applied for them but have never been given the chance to work for them. I will keep trying though.
