My office is considering using Zurple. Is anyone else out there using it and does anyone know the difference between Zurple and Tiger Leads?

Zurple - This company is making a lot of performance claims without anything to actually back it up. It doesn't have a very high Alexa rating so I don't think they are going to be able to get you #1 position in anything other than some obscure keywords that nobody is going to really want or search for.

First, I work for Zurple.
In response to ExpertRealtorWeb's comments: We are happy to provide examples of Zurple client sites ranking at the top of search engines for high volume, highly relevant keywords. I will not list them in this thread, but anyone interested in Zurple is welcome to call to discuss our optimization abilities and track record.
In response to Mitzie's question: I would suggest she speak with someone in the sales department at both companies. I will refrain from noting the differences in this thread as it would be biased given my affiliation with Zurple.

ok,
so I am updating this because I was asked to do so...
First I do take back the part about them siphoning leads,
It was based on opinion and not fact.
Second I am getting some explanations on what could be the problem,...
On the seo thing...
Explanation is for organic search
That unless you are in the top 3 spots organic traffic does NOT convert well....
2. On the craigslist thing I did get some numbers
Over 600 visitors from those 20 postings 6 leads..
Conversion rate on craigslist about 1%. A lil Weird but Whatever.
Sooo I did get some visitors and did get some leads from that.
Can anybody with a first page listing in google confirm
that unless you are in the top 3...
the traffic will not convert??
Again my keywords are
Hoboken Homes Hoboken Homes for sale Hoboken Foreclosures
And if having a first page listing in google wont convert...
What the heck is the point of getting on the front page of google?
Much less having 3 first page listings?
Also can somebody explain how to delete my previous post?

oh and it was my fault I didnt get the deal,..
I mistakenly thought I was going to to get 20-30 leads on my 300 package,
its more like 10-15.
I do not blame them for that misunderstanding, thats my fault for not asking the right questions.
I misundersttod and in no way can blame zurple for that.

I am not sure what you mean by first page listings "wont convert" - do you mean that they will receive no clicks or that the people that do click will not convert to dollars? There is a declining number of clicks to be received based on position in the serps and after the top 3, the number of clicks really drop off. There are still some clicks to be had though - even up to half way down page 2 in my experience - and those people are just as likely to become $$ as a click received from the top 3 positions. The numbers of clicks one would receive dropped off a lot after Google moved their ads in from the right page margin (a year or so ago if I remember correctly). It used to be that there was a clear difference between the ads and the organic results so people were less likely to click on the ads and more likely to click on the real search results. Not anymore. Targeting long tail keywords gives you a better chance of being in the top 3 and there are less ads to compete with. I used to be a big proponent of primarily targeting the most popular "city real estate" type keywords but things have changed and it is probably more productive to target the long tail keywords than to obsess over the most popular keywords because the number of clicks one receives for most of these keywords is probably no longer worth the time and effort and/or money to obtain page 1 positions. Good positions are easily obtained for long tail keywords just by using your Wordpress blog regularly

I have been with Zurple for a month and have been happy with their service. They over delivered on the leads so far. When I discussed SEO and keywords searches, they have assured me that we will be optimized on keywords or phrases that relate to homes in my area.

Just wanted to update everyone. We decided to go with Zurple. I have to say that so far I am VERY happy with them. As far as their rank with Alexa, that doesn't matter because EACH agent has their own domain. Zurple doesn't market Zurple.com for the agent, they market the agents domain. As far as the Craigslists ad, I have been doing this and getting good responses. My only concern would be that I would just make the suggestions that they would include a drip campaign for the leads. I speak with the marketing reps quite frequently, they are knowledgeable and very helpful. I would recommend Zurple to anyone. In fact if you sign up because of this post, tell them I sent you, most of the office knows me by first name.

Hi Jduncan,
I work for Zurple, and the answer to your question is "Yes". We acquire traffic on behalf of our clients through various means, and PPC from search engines is an important source. Overall our goal is to drive targeted, high-intent visitors into our client's Zurple platform. Traffic sources matter, as not all leads are created equal!
We would be happy to explain further. Feel free to call 800.522.2312 for more info.

I use Zurple in a really tough market and it performs like a dream. They have delivered exactly what was promised. I have run through all the BS companies claiming results and Zurple is the real deal. I am happy to show anyone interested in Zurple my personal account and lead activity. Zurple is state-of-the-art and I would put them against anything else out there. If you wish to talk, I will take calls on this today and tomorrow 503-287-1361

This Google Custom search may do a better job of searching the forums for some keywords than the old forum search does. The results do not include threads from the Asset Managers Forum however. To search that forum you will need to be actually in the Asset Managers Forum and you will need to use the old forum search below.
