Hello. Does anyone know of any links with general price guidelines with additions and subtractions to make on comparables? Things such as bedrooms, baths, fireplaces...you know. Any links for doing a stellar CMA would be greatly appreciated.

Here's a link to a prior discussion that included the usage of a

Schedule of Adjustments

But you'll have to come up with your own "local" values.

Maybe that's because it was posted in a thread pertaining to "Inside Valuations" which has since been moved to the inner sanctum area where only real bonafide Real Estate Agents are allowed to venture. It's located in the FORUM entitled "BPO, REO, Foreclosure Asset Managers".

Since you appear to be one of those "Real" Real Estate Agents, then you should be given access by simply contacting one of the Moderators who will evaluate your credentials and grant you a special key to the secret world behind the veil.

Barring that, I can just PM you the specific list.

Ah, ok. Cool. Could you PM me. I will also contact a mod. I thought I had to make a specific qutoa of posts in order to get to that section, but I'll contact them. Had a list of adjustments from my trainer initially. I had so much paperwork it got lost in the flurry of papers. I'm not sure which folder it is in. I asked my trainer for another but she said " I will have to look for another one " and that's the last I ever heard. That was a couple months ago. I don't even want to ask for another, but will if I am unable to find one online.

Google Custom Forum Search

This Google Custom search may do a better job of searching the forums for some keywords than the old forum search does. The results do not include threads from the Asset Managers Forum however. To search that forum you will need to be actually in the Asset Managers Forum and you will need to use the old forum search below.
